Reservation Policy - All reservations are confirmed with a deposit equal to 100% of your stay payable by Visa/Master Card. Should there be a need to change dates on your reservation, we ask that these be done by email using guesthouse@stayvolcano.com or FAX your changes to (808) 985-7349. All date changes are subject to availability per accommodation and will incur a $20.00 service fee. Guest House at Pali Uli reserves the right to provide guests an equal or superior quality accommodation, without notice, for one night reservations.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations prior to 30 days of the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 29 to 15 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund less a $25 re-booking fee. All other cancellations, NO SHOWS, and early departures will be charged the entire amount of stay without exceptions. All cancellations must be received via email at guesthouse@stayvolcano.com or FAX (808) 985-7349. It is important to use the provided forms, no other format will be accepted!Upon receipt of your cancellation you will be provided with a cancellation number, any refunds receipt or charges as applicable, and a cancellation letter. This information will be sent in the format from which we receive your cancellation. Phone messages will NOT be accepted. Failure to provide proper notice will possibly incur additional charges.
No Shoes Policy - We ask the courtesy from all of our house guests to please remove your shoes before entering our "hale" (home) as it is an island custom and a matter of respect.
Non-Smoking Policy - Guest House at Pali Uli is pleased to provide a smoke-free environment in all guestrooms and public areas. Smoking in a guestroom will result in a charge of $250 being applied to your account. This fee will be used to restore the original air quality level.
